Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 2026

1. The service

CertiAI (“the Service”) is operated by Advanced Management Solutions (“AMS”, “we”). The Service provides AI skills assessments, learning content, practical projects, assessor reviews, certification exams, digital certificates and a public credential verification service.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, including your legal name as it should appear on certificates. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Assessment integrity

Assessments, exams and projects must be your own work. You may use AI tools where a task explicitly allows it, and you must disclose how you used them. Sharing exam questions, impersonation, or submitting another person’s work is prohibited. We may invalidate results and revoke certificates obtained in breach of these rules.

4. Certificates and verification

Certificates confirm that you met CertiAI’s published requirements on the issue date. CertiAI is an independent credential; it is not an accreditation, licence, or government, university or vendor certification. Anyone with a credential ID can see its verification details (name, certification, level, issue date, skills verified, score and status).

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access other users’ data, disrupting the Service, scraping content, or uploading malicious or unlawful files.

6. Plans, billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider, Stripe, on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We never store your full card details.

7. Content and intellectual property

Learning content, assessments and the CertiAI brand belong to AMS. You keep ownership of the work you submit and grant us a licence to store, review and display it to assessors for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions others make based on your results. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Advanced Management Solutions is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
