What we collect

Account details: name, email address and, if you use social sign-in, basic profile information from that provider.
Learning and assessment data: answers, scores, project submissions, assessor feedback and certificates.
Billing data: subscription status and Stripe customer references. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
Technical data needed to run the service securely, such as session cookies.

What we don’t collect

Credential verification lookups are recorded without IP addresses or personal data. We don’t sell personal data and we don’t use advertising trackers.

Who can see your data

Assessors see project submissions they review.
Anyone with your credential ID can see that certificate’s verification details.
Your Skills Passport is private unless you make it public, and you choose which sections are shown.
If you join an organization, its owners see your results only if you opt in.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for sign-in and security, plus preference cookies for your theme and language.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your personal data. Contact us to request a copy or deletion. Issued certificates may be kept in a revoked state so that verification remains honest.
